The West of Westwood Home Owners Assoc. was founded in 1985 by Sara Berman and Terri Tippit as a tool to address the concerns of the neighborhood. Our mission statement is to improve the quality of life for the members of our association.

The WOWHOA Annual Meeting is held in October of each year. Only those who are dues paying members will receive e-mail newsletters and updates. This site is for general information, and contact.  If you are interested in volunteering with us, please let us know.

Councilmember Paul Koretz

Westside Neighborhood Council (WNC)

Our area of Los Angeles is represented by Paul Koretz. We are in Council District 5, known as CD5.
   The Councilman remains a strong supporter of our neighborhood.  His service began with his first term in 2009. Recently re-elected, Koretz will serve until 2022.

This all volunteer, elected advisory board meets on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00PM in Community Room A at the Westside Pavilion Mall, behind the food court on the 3rd level. The WNC hears, and makes recommendations to our Councilmember Koretz regarding issues in the neighborhood. The WNC is composed of residential, business, non-profit, and school representatives.
