 The West of Westwood Home Owners Assoc. was founded in 1985 by Sara Berman and Terri Tippit as a tool to        address the concerns of the neighborhood. Our mission statement is to improve the quality of life for the members   of our association.

  PICK PICO STREET FAIR
   Sunday May 19, 2024
  Experience the fun, free fair, where neighbors connect. Meet and discover new businesses in your neighborhood, local non-profits, activities, your LA City Representatives, Taste food from nearby restaurants, hear music, and live entertainment from our own local talent. Host your own business, artist, or non-profit booth.

Our area of Los Angeles is represented by Katy Yaroslavsky. We are in Council District 5, known as CD5.
   The Councilperson remains a strong supporter of our neighborhood.  Her service began in december 2022.

This all volunteer, elected advisory board meets on the second Thursday of each month at 6:00PM. Check WNC website for zoom login. The WNC hears, and makes recommendations to our Councilmember Yaroslavsky regarding issues in the neighborhood. The WNC is composed of residential, business, non-profit, and school representatives.
